Workflow
In the Workflow tab, users can define which modules to use and the order in which they are used for a particular capture profile. Certain capture profiles may require modules and workflow steps that others do not. Therefore, the program is flexible in its workflow sequence. The user defines the modules and workflow best suited to the needs of the particular project. The tab displays two lists.
The left side consists of available workflow options. On the right hand side is the list of modules selected for the workflow of the currently edited capture profile. By default, the Capture/Import module is already part of the workflow. To configure any module already selected for the workflow, users can either double-click the desired module or highlight it and click the Configure button. Adding a module opens the configuration screen for that module.
The configuration screen of each module is discussed in the following topics:
To delete a module from the workflow, select the module and click
<-- Remove. Use the
Move Up and
Move Down buttons to change the order in which the modules should run. Users can
also give a different name and display color for each module by clicking the Workflow Display Settings
icon on the right side. The selected color carries over to
the Batch Manager and Select Batch screens.
