Global Lists

Global lists are available throughout PSIcapture and can be used by any capture profile and any batch. Custom flags can be used to mark pages, documents, and folders. Global notes can be used to quickly attach pre-defined notes to pages, documents, and folders.

The Global Lists tab has the following panes:

• Notes

  Custom global notes can be created here and used within the Index and Quality Assurance modules.

• Custom flags

  The names and colors of the custom flags are configured and enabled/disabled here.

  Custom flags are typically used in QA Auto Processing.

• Auto correction profiles

  Maintain or add new auto correction profiles here or when using character filtering.

  Auto correction is typically used in Indexing settings.

• User-defined form fields

  Maintain or add new, user-defined form fields here or while creating Auto Zones and Smart Zones.
