The document is not sent to the DocuShare server, and the Status Monitor shows the following error message:
Cannot create file object for document type type. The parameter is incorrect, where type is the configured Document type. |
This message means that an invalid Document type is specified;
that is, the specified document type either does not exist on the DocuShare server or is not supported by the component.
To fix this problem, make sure that the correct Document type is specified in your configuration. |
When you are sending a mail message to the DocuShare server, it is not sent, and the Status Monitor shows the following error message:
An HTTP error was encountered |
Make sure that you have specified values for all the required properties of the MailMessage Document type. |
When the component is trying to upload documents to DocuShare, the following error message appears:
Cannot upload. System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. |
The possible cause of this problem is that the component tries to send the documents with incorrect metadata to the server;
for example, an incorrect date or number format, or an integer value that is outside of allowed bounds.
To resolve the problem, make sure that all the metadata values specified in the component configuration are valid and correspond to the expected format. Make sure that all the required properties of the Document type have default values specified on the DocuShare server. See more information on Document type properties on Properties tab. |
When you use the component the Status Monitor shows the following error message:
Cannot upload. The remote server returned an error: (430). Check if the license quota is exceeded. |
The possible cause of this problem is that User/DocuShare system is out of licenses.
To resolve this problem, perform the task with another user or contact DocuShare to obtain an updated or new license. |
