VB/J Script component RRTs

This component does not generate Runtime Replacement Tags, however all the parameters can contain RRT strings. For example, when POP3Email is the capture (source) component, the "Script Name" parameter can be set to ~POP::Subject~ to dynamically run a script based on the subject of the email.
