Forms

Add a form to workflow when the process needs to capture data prior to a scanning process. There are several different forms that you can use to capture information for different processing and routing options.

Add a form on the Groups tab of the Konica Minolta MFP configuration dialog box. To add a form, first, click a group or menu node, then click Add > Form on the menu bar, and finally click one of the form types on the menu. To add a shared form, click Add > Shared Form on the menu bar. To edit an existing form, click the form and click Edit on the menu bar. To delete a form, click the form and click Remove on the menu bar.
