Transfer funds in User Dashboard

This functionality enables users to transfer money from the logged-in user's account balance to another user account within User Dashboard.

To transfer funds from the logged-in user's account to another account, do the following:

  1. In User Dashboard, under the Transfer funds tab, enter the following input values:
    • Paid balance: Shows the Paid balance of the logged-in user.
    • Transfer amount: Enter the amount to transfer.
    • Transfer to account: Enter the intended user account. (the UserID of the other Equitrac user)
    • Comment: Enter comments with maximum length of 255 characters. (this is a required field)
  2. Re-enter the password of the logged-in user (PIN2 or external password) in Confirm your password.
  3. Click the Transfer button to transfer money.

If the transfer money operation is successful, the message “Transferred <amount in currency format> from your account to <transfer to account>” is displayed. The Paid balance value and the balance(s) at the top of User Dashboard are updated from the server.
