XLS/XLSX tab
Use this tab to set the parameters for saving the recognized text as an .XLS/.XLSX file.

| Keep text color | If this check box is selected, the original colors of text are retained during export of the recognized text to XLS/XLSX format. By default, this option is off. This option is ignored when Remove formatting or Keep pages on the same work sheet is on. |
| Remove formatting | Set this option to remove text formatting for the text exported in XLS/XLSX format. If this check box is selected, all formatting information (including text color) is ignored and replaced by a default value. This option is ignored when Keep pages on the same work sheet is on. |

This setting indicates that the contents of every individual page should not be split and should be kept on a worksheet for that page. When this option is not selected (this is the default), each table of the input document is placed in a separate worksheet, the text and graphics outside of the tables are placed in the last worksheet of the output document. |
