Licensing the Interactive Capture component

The component can be licensed the following way:

• User based license. In this license mode, only a set number of users (based on the level of the license) will be allowed connection to the web UI. The blocking/unblocking features of the AS licensing can be used to prevent/allow users to access the web client. If this license mode is used, then at run time, the component must enforce that windows authentication (integrated or forms) is used.
  A batch service restart is required after blocking Interactive Capture users.
