IMAP Account Settings dialog box
Use this dialog box to configure IMAP account settings.
Option | Description |

Name | Enter an alias name that will be associated with the account. This name will be displayed in the tree in the main configuration window. |
Server/Account settings | Use the options of this group to configure connection settings. |
Server |
Enter the name or IP address of the email server.
Make sure, that the specified server supports connections using IMAP protocol.

Port number | Enter the port number that will be used by the component to establish the
connection to the mail server. The default port for IMAP connection is 143. |
User name |
Enter the name of the user account that will be used to connect to the mail server. Usually, it is the name of the email address itself with or without domain suffix; for example, Jim.White or Jim.White@gmail.com. This field is enabled for credential-based authentication only, when the Secure option for connection to the server is not OAUTH2. |
Password |
Enter the password for the specified user account. This field is enabled for credential-based authentication only, when the Secure option for connection to the server is not OAUTH2. |
Token Vault URL |
Enter the fully qualified Token Vault URL with port number. This field is enabled for Modern Authentication / OAuth2 only, when the Secure option for connection to the server is OAUTH2. |
Provider ID |
Enter the ID of that Authorization Provider, which was set up in Token Vault to work with this AutoStore component. This field is enabled for Modern Authentication / OAuth2 only, when the Secure option for connection to the server is OAUTH2. |
Local user account |
In this text box, specify a domain user account that will be used by the workflow. The accepted format is UPN (User Principal Name) – testuser@test.domain.corp Make sure that the account specified in this text box has completed the
authorization and consent process through Token Vault. Otherwise, the
component will fail to process files through this account.
You may use RRTs in this text box. When you use an RRT, make sure that it is replaced with a domain user account in UPN format; otherwise, the component will fail to process files and they will be rejected. This field is enabled for Modern Authentication / OAuth2 only, when the Secure option for connection to the server is OAUTH2. |

Test account settings | Click this button to check the accessibility of the server. |
Keep | Use the options of this group to specify whether the component will additionally store the processed and rejected files of the workflows created by the component. |
Processed files |
Select this check box if you want to store all successfully processed files in a local directory.
Specify the directory in the text box.
You can select the directory by clicking the browse button (...). |
Rejected files |
Select this check box if you want to store all files that fail to be processed in a local directory.
