How to use User Dashboard
If one or more components of the Web Client are installed, the Landing page of the Web Client is displayed. Select User Dashboard.
The following user information fields are displayed:
- Primary PIN: Displays primary PIN.
- Default billing code: Displays the current default billing code of the logged-in user. If not set, its value is empty.
- Color quota: Displays the number of the current color quota as “X pages”. If the logged-in user has unlimited color quota, its value is "Unlimited". If the color quota option is disabled in the Web System Manager, the color quota field is not displayed.
- Balance(s): Displays Total, Paid and Allotted balances in the predefined currency unit as configured by the administrator in Web System Manager.
Use either page Refresh or tab switching to update user information fields with the latest
data values.

User Dashboard offers the following features:
- View jobs: View and delete queued print jobs.
- Reports: View and print personal account statement and custom detailed user activity reports.
- Default billing code: Set a default billing code for transactions.
- Manage PINs: Change user PINs.
- Transfer funds: Transfer personal funds to another user accounts.
