Mail settings tab

Use this tab to configure the email message parameters. The Mail settings tab is only active when the Account settings tab is set completely, otherwise, the contents of this tab page are disabled.

Option	Description
From	Specify the email address of the sender. You must populate this field. The e-mail address must be a valid Microsoft 365 mailbox.
To	Specify the email address of the recipient of the email. You must populate this field. Multiple recipients must be separated by the ";" character.
Cc	Specify the email address of the Cc recipient of the email. This is an optional field. Multiple recipients must be separated by the ";" character.
Bcc	Specify the email address of the Bcc recipient of the email. This is an optional field. Multiple recipients must be separated by the ";" character.
Subject	Specify the subject of the email. This is an optional field.
Body	Provide a body and additional information for this email. This is an optional field. The field supports HTML tags to format the message with HTML.
rename file	Check this box if you want to rename documents that you are sending through the component.
Rename schema	Specify the rename schema for the documents.
Timeout	The timeout value is used for each network connection.

All the above fields, except for the Timeout value support RRT expansion during runtime.
