Universal Print virtual queues

When a user prints to a device configured with Universal Print, the job is placed in a virtual print queue. The user logs on to the device using Equitrac credentials, selects the Print-to-Me function, and then selects and releases the print job.

To add a Universal Print virtual queue, do the following:

  1. In Sources, select Universal Print Virtual Queues and click Add.
  2. On the Add Universal Print Virtual Queue screen enter a Name and Description for the virtual print queue.
  3. Select the Share Virtual Queue checkbox.
  4. A Microsoft Sign in window may open asking to sign in to your Azure account. Provide your Azure user credentials if necessary.
  5. Click Save.
