Send To Email Fields tab
Use this tab to configure the special options for Sent to Email fields.
This tab is present only in the Send to Email Form Settings dialog box.
Options | Description |

Do not show a From field. Use the authenticated user's email address | If this check box is selected, then the form will not display the From field. This is usually selected if authentication has been enabled for this group, and the administrator plans to use the authenticated user's email address for the From field in the Send to Mail Recipient component. |
Show a CC field | Select this check box to show the CC field on the Web UI. In this field, the user can specify a secondary list of people that will receive the message. |
Show a BCC field | Select this check box to show the BCC field on the Web UI. In this field, the user can specify people who will receive the message without showing them as recipients of the message (in To or CC fields) to other recipients. |
Global address list |
Select this check box to allow the user to search the Global address list for addresses that can be added to the To, CC and BCC fields. The following criteria will be used for defining what Global address list will be searched:
Regardless of which Global address list is used, the user account of the workflow service must have sufficient permissions to perform this search.

Display as | Enter the value that will be displayed for the Global address list on the Web UI. |
Exchange contacts | If this option is selected, the users can search their Microsoft Exchange contacts folder for addresses that can be added to
the To, CC, and BCC fields.
This option is disabled when Integrated Windows authentication is used. |
Display as | Enter the display value for this search option. |
Server | Enter the address of the Microsoft Exchange server. |
Use SSL | Select this check box to use secure connection to the server. |
LDAP server | Select this check box to allow users to search an LDAP Server for addresses that can be added to the To, CC, and BCC fields. |
Display as | Enter the display value for this search option. |
LDAP Server | Specify the IP address or host name of the LDAP server. |
Search root DN |
Enter the distinguished name for the node where the search should start.
For example: DC=Sales, DC=MyCompany, DC=com. If this field is left empty, then the starting point of the search will be the root of the directory tree. |
Email address field | Specify the name of the LDAP attribute that represents the email address. When this value is used, then the email address that is passed to the server is retrieved from this attribute, a valid value for a windows environment LDAP would be mail (LDAP attribute names vary depending on the LDAP implementation and configuration). |
Name field | Enter the name of the LDAP attribute that represents the name of the user. When a value is found, then the display text for the item is retrieved from this attribute. |
Login as anonymous | If selected, the connection to the LDAP server will be established as anonymous. |
Login with following credentials | Select this check box if you want to define the user credentials that will be used for connection to the LDAP server.
When this check box is selected, the User name and Password text boxes are enabled. |
User name | Enter the name of the user account whose credentials will be used for accessing to the LDAP server. |
Password | Enter the password for the user account specified in User name text box. |
Test LDAP | Click this button to open the LDAP Search Test dialog box. In the open dialog box, enter a search term in the Search criteria box, and click the Find contacts button. If the settings are correct and there are users that match the search criteria, the test will return the appropriate results (a maximum of 25); otherwise, the test will return an error. |
Maximum number of contacts to return | Specify the maximum number of contacts that the search will return. |
