adjust ... atleast <amount>

Allows the administrator to set the object balance value no less than a certain amount. For example: if a user current balance is $10.00, if the administrator set atleast amount $5.00, the user's new balance is still $10.00; if the administrator set the atleast amount $15.00, then the user's new balance is changed to $15.00.

Atleast a user account:

adjust ur <user_id>|All atleast <amount> <description>

Atleast a department:

adjust dp <dept_name>|All atleast <amount>

adjust bc <bc_name>|All atleast <amount>
