System Dashboard - Accounting

This Accounting section of the System Dashboard shows the following:

• Default page prices: A basic price per page for print and copy jobs in currency unit stored in
  • An advanced price list: Contains many different parts of prices, and the combination of them gives the real page price. System Dashboard displays the default page price.
  • A large-format price list: Contains many different parts of prices, and the combination of them gives the real page price. System Dashboard displays default page price calculated for A4 page. The default page price part for A4 is calculated from the price for area unit settings.
• Account limits: Enforced charging limits for user, department and billing codes.

In the Accounting section you can select the following links to go directly to the corresponding configuration page.

• Accounting settings (set currency and precision and enforce account limits)
• Manage price lists (set the price list for print and copy jobs)
