How to use the ProLaw component

Saving emails directly into ProLaw Matter

The following procedure provides an example of a common usage scenario.

Design a workflow process by selecting an SMTP Capture component.
Select the ProLaw eConnector process component and do the following:
1. Configure the component to export documents to Matter.
2. Assign Matter attributes such as Matter ID, Type, Class and other.
Select a Send to Folder Route component
Configure all other components and run the process.

Now all incoming emails sent to an SMTP gateway are saved into a ProLaw Matter and routed to a predefined folder on the computer or a network folder.
