Configure the AutoStore workflow
- Double-click on the Workflow Job Submission component to open the Workflow Job Submission Capture window.

Click New.
The Workflow Definition window opens.
- In the General tab, in the Workflow Name field, enter a name for this workflow.

Click the Components tab and click
... next to Document
Transformation.
The Document Transformation Process window opens.
- In the Activate list, select Yes.
- In the Pass Through list, select Yes.
- In the Transformation Server list, select the server that contains the Transformation Service.
- In the Document Transformation Process window, in the Transformations section, from the Add list, select Watermark.
- In the Watermark Configuration window, from the Name list, select the type of watermark and click OK.
- Click OK again to close the Document Transformation Process window.

In the Workflow Definition window, click
... next to Multi
Router.
The Multi Router window opens.
- Scroll down to Send to Folder and click on the small square in the C column.
- In the Send to Folder window, click Add.
- In the Configurations window, on the General tab, click ... in the Folder path field.
- In the Browse For Folder window, go to This PC > Local Disk (C:).
- Click on Local Disk (C:) and click Make a New Folder.

In this example, name the folder Output and click
OK.
The Folder Path field now contains C:\Output. The Multi Router will route documents to this folder.
- In the Configurations window, select Rename file.
- On your Windows Desktop, arrange the Configurations and Available RRTs windows to display both windows on screen.
- Press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and in the Send to Folder section of the Available RRTs windows, select the File Name, File Counter, and File Extension RRTs.
- Drag and drop the selected RRTs into the Schema field in the Configurations window.
- Click OK to close each of the Configurations, Send to Folder, Multi Router, Workflow Definition, and Workflow Job Submission Capture windows.
- In the AutoStore Process Designer toolbar, in the Tools section, click Restart.
- If prompted, save the Configuration *.CFG file to the Windows Desktop and click Restart again.
