How to Use Office to PDF Converter
You can convert a variety of complex MS Office documents to PDF, that arrive at the capture interface, and route the converted PDFs into a specified network path.
- Design a workflow process by selecting a capture component to capture an office document.
- Use the Office to PDF Converter component as a process component and the Send to Folder component as the route component.
- Activate the Office to PDF Converter component.
- In the General tab, configure the settings for page selection, quality of embedded images and other options to be applied to the resulting PDF.
- In the Extension tab, configure the acceptable extensions for conversion. The extensions are grouped by type.
- In the Settings tab, configure the process settings such as port, working directory for routing resulting PDFs and the LibreOffice® settings.
