Device Registration tab
Device Registration Service is an additional component that allows you to configure and manage Konica Minolta iOption devices. Use this tab to define Device Registration Service server settings and to access the Device Registration Service Web Client.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Server | Specifies the name or IP address for the DRS server. |
| Service Port | Specifies the service port on the DRS server. For an encrypted connection to the DRS service using the SSL protocol, select the Use SSL check box. |
| Web Client Port | Specifies the Web Client port on the DRS server. For an encrypted connection to the DRS web service using the SSL protocol, select the Use SSL check box. |
| Test Service | Click this button to test the connection to the DRS service and that the service is running using the server address and service port information. |
| Launch Web Client | Launches the Web Client using the specified server and Web Client port information. This provides convenient access to the Web Client while you are configuring this component. |
The DRS Web Client and service connection information are both stored with the device client’s configuration and once set will be available to subsequent Konica Minolta iOption capture configurations.
