Check Box field
Use this field to allow users to set yes/no or true/false values.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| True value | Enter the value that will be sent to the server if the field is checked. The default is 1. Maximum length is 255. |
| False value | Enter the value that will be sent to the server if the field is unchecked. The default is 0. Maximum length is 255. |
| Checked by default | Select this check box to make the check box initially selected when the user enters the form. |
