Cost Preview

Install the Cost Preview feature on a user workstation to provide the user with a print cost summary prior to sending the document to the printer. A small pop-up window allows the users to review the costs, then decide if they want to continue with the print job, or cancel it. The popup window provides information about the amount of funds available to the user, giving the user the opportunity to make changes to the print job characteristics if their funds are low. If the user has insufficient funds, Equitrac will not accept the transaction, and the job will not be queued.
